Preterite Sheet
While you wait for the new videos, I made a Microsoft word document that will hopefully be of use to any Spanish student.
If the preterite completely baffles you or you would like a resource to help you understand it better I’ve compiled a sort of cheat sheet for you.
Please note that the vosotros/vosotras forms are included in the conjugations in case you need them. Remember that is only for ‘you all (familiar)’ in Spain. Otherwise for ‘you all’ we use ustedes.
Click below to save the file to your computer.
Hopefully it will help you with the preterite (an incredibly complicated tense in Spanish).
My only request is that you give credit to this site if you use it.
Let me know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions.
¡Gracias!
-Sr. Jordan

Thank you SO MUCH for this conjugation sheet!! I’m currently taking the second course of four in a Texas community college, and the preterite has been a speed bump in my learning. This will help out so much to have them all in one place to study!!
