03 Ustedes Commands

¡Hola!  If you’ve wanted to boss around multiple people in Spanish, then the ustedes commands are the commands for you.  Notice that in Latin America, this will be the standard way to boss around more than one person.

In Spain, you might come across the vosotros commands more often, while ustedes commands could still be used.

01 Direct Objects (lo, la, los, las)

Posted by Señor Jordan on May 30, 2009 in grammar, vocabulary, year 1

Hola. This video lesson covers complementos directos (direct objects).  In Spanish we have to  be a little more careful with direct objects than in English because we have to take both ‘gender’ and ‘plurality’ into account. Oh right, and we put them in a different place in the sentence.

Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about this lesson.
