01019 Present Tense AR verbs; yo form

Posted by Señor Jordan on Oct 13, 2008 in conjugation, grammar, present, verbs, year 1 |

Hola.  In this lesson we’ll be going over the present tense of AR verbs starting with the yo form.  The yo form tends to be the most useful for people because human beings like to talk about themselves and this is the ‘I/me” form 😉

There are six videos in this series. Enjoy!

Please leave questions/comments/suggestions if you have any!  Gracias.

My 12yo and I have been going over conjugation ala “Spanish for Children” and Galore Park’s “So You Really Want To Learn Spanish” and this will be a great reinforcement. Thanks so much. We’ve done all the videos in order so far, using them as a break from the textbook stuff and giving a different voice to the materials. thanks so much!

Hola Senor Jordan!
I’ve learned how to say what I do in Spanish:
Yo canto
Yo bailo
yo patino
(I do more but I’m not going to list it allLOL!)

I can’t exactly pronounce everything I think yo patino is yuh-paul-tee-nuh and yo canto is yuh-cahn-tuh and yo bailo is yuh-baul-uh
is that right? if not can you help me out?

You really need to develop an app so I can stream these videos without youtube. The youtube one is so difficult to keep up with. I like the organization here much better!
