02 Imperfect – AR verbs

Hola. In this lesson, we’re going over the imperfect tense. This is another past tense in Spanish. Eventually I’ll have a few lessons explaining the major differences between the preterite and the imperfect. But for now, know that the imperfect is used to mean ‘used to ___‘ and ‘was/were ___ing‘.

    Tengo unos alumnos nuevos que necesitan aprender rapidito el imperfecto, que los demas llevan unas semanas estudiando….los nuevos videos son perfectos – muchas gracias!

    can you explain vosotros for central american spanish. we keep getting mixed messages that it isn’t reallly used, but then we hear people using it, especially children.
